Joel is an incredibly talented and professional Front End Developer, who through his attention to detail and technical ability across a wide range of front-end technologies has continually developed high quality and polished products throughout his time with our company.

During his time with us Joel has created several new websites and contributed heavily to a new e-commerce platform, creating most of the assets in use, building out the front end of the platform and even taking part in the backend development.

Joel is very driven and keen to continue his professional development, taking every opportunity to learn new skills, particularly focused on back-end technologies, to round out his skillset.

Was it only a year and a half? It feels like Joel has been an integral part of the Success Resources Marketing team for ages. Although I have no idea the full scope of his technical prowess, as the writer hurling a constant deluge of challenges at him I can say he has dealt with many unorthodox demands – and has always met or exceeded them. [He won’t rest until he finds the answer.] I’ve come to take it for granted that he’ll meet every brief thrown at him in a creative, engaging, [technically baffling] and expeditious way. For me, though, his greatest strength is his attitude. Joel has the upbeat, let’s-just-get-it-done kind of personality that makes every interaction a delight. If only there were more like him. [He's funny, too] I wish Joel every success in any venture he pursues and believe he will prove an invaluable asset to any team of which he may find himself a member.

I worked with Joel on the Mobile App team at Sandstone and he was absolutely fantastic - he is very quick/smart, a pro-active problem solver and great at flagging risks/ issues well in advance. He has a keen eye for detail and takes full ownership of his tasks. His experience in design, UX and, front-end development makes him a great asset to the team.
